Eating Healthy, What Stops Us?

I would like to throw this question out there and have you think about it. What prevents you from eating healthy? Think about it, take a piece of paper, and write your answers down. Then try to come up with a way to address your answers to the question. If you like, feel free to post a comment. It could be obstacles or solutions.   1. Generally when I eat poorly, I did not take time to plan that meal. Just as going to the gym with no workout planned generally leads to a mediocre training session. My suggestion would be to simply take time and think about what you want to eat and allow yourself the time to obtain the necessary ingredients.

  2. The old adage-"knowledge is power" couldn't be more true. Making proper nutritional choices can be very challenging, as we are surrounded by literally thousands of bad choices and not many good ones. So educate yourself, make a plan and follow it. You owe it to yourself and loved ones.
    And don't-"Just Do it"......"Be It!"
